Who am I?

I am a neuroscientist who loves interpreting scientific concepts through art, using watercolor, oil, and pencil sketches. My science unravels how neurons respond to our surroundings. Here, I place these ideas into colors on canvas for my viewers.

My core research relates to the neuropsychology of stress and resilience, especially the role of our living environment. I see my painting as an artful extension of my vision of the brain's inner workings. Through my art, I seek to promote awareness of our brain, especially the unison between our inner mind and the outer environment that enlivens every aspect of our life experiences.
